He's focused his research and teaching activities on Parkinson's disease and has acquired during his Ph.D. and experiences, skills in both in vivo and in vitro electrophysiological recordings (of all basal ganglia nuclei in a rodent model of Parkinson's disease and mice expressing channel Rodhopsin) as well as in behavioral experiments and neuroanatomic labelling and other cell biology's techniques (immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, GTPgS autoradiography, cytochrome oxidase stainning, cell culture and transfection -for lentivirus production-, western blot...)
All together, with his huge range of technical skills and his strong background in neuroscience physiology and pathophysiology, Expert. can be considered as an expert in the previously cited areas.
