Expert. Expert has conducted research on probiotic bacteria and bioactive dairy peptides as potential antimicrobials against human/animal pathogens. Expert. Expert designed and developed nutraceutical dairy products for treatment of Helicobacter infection and conducted clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy of fermented dairy products. Expert. Expert has a proven ability in planning, execution and supervision of research programs, supervising & mentoring laboratory personnel and overseeing research budgets and has played a lead role in international collaborative research with Japan, Thailand and Sri Lanka.
