Expert is the first Pediatric Gastroenterologist to practice in (undisclosed) and sets the standard for those who have come later. He is locally and nationally renowned. His efforts on behalf of ill children have been recognized by his peers, and by patients. His was trained in General Pediatrics at UMDNJ - Newark and Schneider Children's Hospital.

His fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology was at Schneider Children's Hospital. He is a former Chairman of the local chapter Medical Advisory Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America. Currently he is the Pediatric Medical Advisor to the local chapter of the Celiac Disease Foundation. He is the current Division Director of Pediatrics at St. Mary’s Medical Center.

He has repeatedly been listed in numerous publications of the best physicians. Such listings include South Florida Magazine’s “ South Florida’s Top Doctors”, Miami Metro’s “Top Docs, The Best Physicians In South Florida”, The Consumers’ Research Council of America “Guide to America’s Top Physicians”, Best Doctors, “ The Best Doctors In America”.

He is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and member of the North American Society for Pediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition. He has been continuously board certified and recertified in Pediatric Gastroenterology since 1990.


Practicing Pediatric Gastroenterologist for twenty two years.Consulted for the Palm Beach County Public Defenders Office on a case involving an infant that died at home and was found to be malnourished March 2009.
