Forty-five years of experience in diagnosis, treatment planning and, all phases of perio treatment, including:
regenerative therapy, mucogingival surgery, sinus grafting with over six thousand implants placed since 1982.

Saw numerous patients for diagnosis and treatment of oral lesions – some of which turned out to be oral cancer and referred multiple biopsies to Nova University Department of Oral Pathology with whom I have a close professional relationship. On multiple occasions, I have been a consultant on oral cancer cases for both plaintiffs and defendants in litigation.

Testified as expert witness many dental and oral cancer related cases. Testified and reviewed cases for R.J. Reynolds Corp in oral cancer cases. As a practicing periodontist and oral implantologist for 45 years, as well as, a past Assistant Clinical Professor, Expert has been called upon numerous times to review potential dental malpractice cases for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. Recent cases included a number of oral cancer cases, in which his oral cancer knowledge was requested regarding etiology and profession of smoking and alcohol oral cases. He has also testified in a number of implant related dental malpractice cases having placed over 6,000 dental implants in his 45 years of practice. In the past 10 years, he has given depositions in at least 4 oral cancer cases, 4 implant cases, and a few TMJ cases and reviewed multiple cases of general dentistry in which attorneys on both sides requested his opinion as to the standard of care. Because he serves both plaintiffs and defendants, and his practiced clinical dentistry, he brings a fair and unbiased opinion to both sides. he is currently scheduled to testify in an upcoming smoking related oral cancer case. His dental and medical knowledge from working with other dentists and physicians has enabled him to be a valuable resource to both professions. His dental malpractice cases have included unnecessary dental procedures, such as over-treatment, failure to properly diagnose and treat dental disease, and negligence in treatment according to the standard of care.
