Expert in Petroleum Refining and Optimization
Expert's FCCU experience includes the reactor (riser and bed cracking), regenerator (coke burn, partial and full promotion), flue gas (CO boiler and power recovery), and gas, oil, and residium processing. He has a good understanding of process variables and catalytic selection parameters associated with optimization of FCCU operation to a particular level.
Expert has worked with semi-regen, cyclic, and CCR (continuous catalyst regeneration) units. He has solid knowledge about catalyst selection variables, unit process variables, and reaction kinetics of catalytic reforming process to optimize the unit to specific performance levels.
Expert has provided consulting services regarding the design and installation of LFG systems. He has experience in LFG regulation (Subtitle D of RCRA, NSPS of 1990 CAA Amendments), and marketing of LFG (electrical generation, medium BTU gas sales, high BTU gas sales, and associated tax laws (Section 29).
