Having been involved in Plastic and Hand surgery for more than 30 years, Bill Expert has developed a large and successful private practise largely concentrating on Cosmetic surgery and in which he has a well founded reputation over many years. He has many publications and presentations to his name and has been a long standing member of BAPRAS, BSSH, BAAPS and the BBA.
In 1993, he created the Kent Hand and Plastic Surgery Unit which provided a means of treating NHS patients in the private sector and in doing so further advanced his reputation as a health care provider.
Now retired from clinical practise, he is able to further develop his 25 year interest in Medico-legal work and especially Negligence cases where patients have been poorly served by the profession.
