He has been responsible for the design and development of Consumer, Toy and Automotive products. He has worked with the Sales and Marketing groups in his company to define the new product, identify the cost parameters, set the time-lines, budgets and investment expenses. He then designed products, tooling and assembly systems, supervised the pilot production and handed the project off to manufacturing.

When he designs a part, he is also designing the mold to make it and considering how it will be assembled to other parts.
