In addition to his technical training in Plastics Engineering, he has shop floor experience. When he designs a part, he is also designing the mold to make it and considering how it will be assembled to other parts. He is am comfortable designing assemblies that are glued, screwed, ultrasonically welded or snapped together. He is familiar with all of the thermoplastic resins.
