Expert has managed several Quality Control laboratories over the past 20 years. He has installed and managed Client server TotalChrom Lab Data and control systems. Introduced new instrumentation and methods such as "Fast GC" and High Pressure LC to these laboratories. He has cut analysis time by two-thirds on finished products in response to need for increased production rates and achieved better test reproducibility by developing new test methods. He has led a site SAP implementation team through highly successful transition from PRISM. He also was responsible for a cGLP lab . He developed the program for third party bacteriological and trace metals testing in a bulk Pharmaceuticals production site. He helped to develop a LIMS system and developed a new optical lab instrument, with third party for plastics contamination testing.
After leaving Diamond Shamrock/Henkel he consulted with them to further develop the LIMS he created and setup for their Specialty Chemical Div.
