In conjunction with his expert witness consulting, he has been accepted by arbitrators and the courts as a professional construction cost estimator.

In addition to above trade licenses, expert is a journeyman carpenter, having specialized in mill-work and finish carpentry.

Expert previously was engaged to provide expert services in a private arbitration case being held. Expert has been engaged to support counsel for the plaintiff. Plaintiff hired the defendant to renovate a large office building. Judge ruled in favor of the expert's client. Expert was engaged by Defense Counsel to assist with the client's counter claim. Two real estate investors jointly owned properties and wished to dissolve the partnership. Plaintiff sued to obtain clear title to both properties. Defendant counter sued to receive compensation for renovation work he performed at the properties. Expert submitted an expert report in which was stated that the fair market value of defendant's construction work. Expert then testified at the arbitration. The arbitration tribunal ruled in favor of expert's client. Expert prepared an expert report to support defense counsel in an American Arbitration Association action. Case involved breech of contract and wrongful termination. The defendant was in the early stages of constructing a new office building when the plaintiff fenced in the job site and locked him out. Expert report involved estimating. Case settled pre-trial in favor of the defendant. Expert was deposed as a fact witness in a case affiliated with the alleged collateral damages to a large apartment building caused by a collapse. Expert supported defense counsel. Expert submitted an expert report in support of plaintiff's counsel in a construction accident and personal injury case. The plaintiff, fell from roof and suffered permanent injury. Retaining counsel reported the case settled before trial.

Expert has served as an expert witness in Federal and state (PA, NJ, DE, NY, MD, MA) cases. Clients have been from both the defense and the plaintiff sides. He has written expert reports and been deposed numerous times. He has testified at arbitration trials, and at jury trials.
