He has experience in mcing tooling, as he has worked in NTTF, which is a commercial tool room.
All through, he has been involved in metalworking processes and over 20 years.
He has bought over 75 precision mc tools for yhe projects he has handled so far.
He has a vast exposure in screw m/ced parts and has bought over 100 screw mcs, new ones, used ones and CNCs.
He did a project as a part of his engineering study. During the project 6 months, he was fully involved in design and manufactue of Plastic injection moulding tools for the rear lamp housing of Maruti Suuki cars.
Process tooling has been a part and parcel of his career as every part that he has developed needed extensive thinking towards tooling for a successful process.
He has worked on welding projects with automation and robots. These requirements have been for export parts with high precision. Low cost automation (LCA) made for many welding applications
He has set up an m/cing facility in India, in a record time and helped that co make 35 PPAPs to European customers.He has set up production planning systems and review mechanism for reduction of inventory and Quick response quality control.He has been instrumental in increasing production upto 90% levels and brought rejections to below 100 ppm in the areas of glass to metal seals. The complete processing of terminals was set as per guidelines.
