Request Expert

As a member of the United Nations International Police Task Force, Expert was deployed to an area in Kosovo with no police force. He supervised over 60 International Police Officers and War Crimes Investigators, and was appointed to form and lead a tactical team for high risk operations, riots, event security, VIP protection, and at-risk prisoner and refugee transportation missions.

As a police officer in Florida, Expert worked patrol, and is highly experienced in in-progress crime situations. He was selected for Field Training Unit and trained new police officers, implemented new training methods, trained experienced officers in tactical drug search warrant raids and vehicle take downs. He has also volunteered for multi-agency Narcotics Task Force, worked undercover investigations, developed informants, and planned tactical raids, search warrant execution operations, buy busts, and vehicle arrests.

Expert was subsequently promoted to Detective Unit, Investigated Homicide, Robberies, Sex Crimes, International Organized Crime, Crimes Against Children, Economic Crimes, and other Crimes, and he developed Department’s Confidential Informant Documentation Packet and attended Intelligence Meetings and Disseminated Information to his Department.

He has managed and lead a team of plain clothes specialists and Uniformed Protection Officers in a Tampa Bay area Target store, covered other stores for vacationing managers, excelled in Employee Theft Investigations, and successfully motivated his team to shatter a store’s Shoplifter Detention Record.

He has additionally conducted Stationary and Mobile Video Surveillance for Insurance Fraud cases, investigated and photographed accident scenes for insurance claims purposes, obtained court documents, interviewed subjects involved in claims, obtained recorded statements, and conducted subject welfare interviews. Finally, he has completed scene investigations for personal injury cases, conducted mobile and plain clothes surveillance on unfaithful spouses and other cases requiring subject identification through undercover surveillance techniques.
