Most recently Expert’s work has centered on pharmaceutical batch processes requiring Food and Drug Administration (FDA) software and hardware validation. Expert notes that generally, this requires a data model (both procedural and physical) following the guidelines of ANSI/ISA S88.00.02 and Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 210 and 211. Expert has experience in developing area, process cell, unit, and modules software for recipe functions production, planning, scheduling, and life cycle states. Expert has also verified the operability of math-modeled control designs in relation to its hardware, software, and real-world operability. He won a national contest held by the Instrument Society of America to author the "Practical Guides for Networking and Telemetry Communications”. He has extensive experience developing both self-contained and self-regulating systems using control platforms such as electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and software solutions. Expert has designed remote networking facilities that have literally spanned the globe for international petrochemical corporations via satellite and radio/microwave communication into network headquarters. The networks include private branch exchange telephone systems, audio/video distribution systems, and radio data acquisition systems. One of the networks that Expert designed has a topology halfway around the earth, from the jungles of Indonesia and Malaysia to Canada. The networks involve hardware and software pertaining to LANs, WANs, and MANs. Additionally, he completed a spread spectrum communications project.

For a Lubrizol polyisobutylene succinic anhydride batch process, Expert developed and programmed for phase classes, unit classes, and process cells.For Foxboro’s acetylene process he was a programmer on their continuous process.For Foxboro’s low-density polyethylene catalysis batch, Expert developed and programmed for phase classes, unit classes, and a process cell. For a Chevron/Texaco gas plant, he was a project manager and developed commercial guidelines for optimizing an existing facility with predictive model control. Expert was a programmer for a Honeywell LNG process.
