Expert specializes in application and training of product and process design improvement using the Taguchi experimental design technique. As an independent consultant and trainer he has been serving the manufacturing industries world wide since establishing his own business in 1987. His primary focus is helping clients solve technical and production related problems through experimental investigation.

Since early 1980's, while employed with automotive industry in Detroit, Michigan, USA area, Expert has devoted much of his time helping the area industry learning and applying the Taguchi methods of experimental designs. Toward this goal, he has authored three textbooks and developed a software pacakge for design and analysis of the Taguchi experiments.

Project Definition - Identifying projects with higher return on investment (ROI) and defining SYSTEM boundaries clearly, are important to project success.

Experiment Planning - Structured discussions to assure that "no stone is left un-turned" is necessary for effective outcome. We can facilitate the team discussions to determine project OBJECTIVES and key VARIABLES (Factors to study).

Experiment Layout - Fewer experiments that produce most information is the guiding principle. Based on planning discussions, we can prescribe plans that include test recipes and data collection instructions.
