He has analyzed this diverse collection of structures using both state-of-the-art finite element analysis methods and the hand-held calculator. Expert has had extensive experience in computer-controlled special machinery. It has covered areas such as special design of an axis grinder, automated pressure testing, and auto assay. His work in automated machine design has exposed him to all primary manufacturing businesses.
Expert has been a user of FEA since 1979. His experience has included work with custom codes, SAP, ANSYS, Cosmos/M, and NASTRAN programs. He has provided seminars in FEA fundamentals both in-house and at his own facilities.He has developed, designed, and analyzed X-ray equipment. This has included tables and C-arm type X-ray equipment. He has also had some experience with CAT scanners. He has had both military and commercial experience. He is an expert on all aspects of mechanical considerations of X-ray equipment. Nearing his completion of Taguchi method certification, he is a strong advocate in the use and implementation of robust engineering methodology.
Expert has experience with design assistance, testing, development, and the conception of in-house exercise equipment. His background includes the Jane Fonda step and abdominizer. He has been involved with PDM since 1996. His accomplishments include steering his present company in the justification, requirements determination, and setup of PDM, both web based and client side.

Responsibilities:Multi-site responsibility starting as manager of the CAD/CAM organization, progressing as manager of mechanical engineering, Director of space product design, Manager of engineering, Deputy Director of the office of the chief engineer to leading the Advanced engineering group.
