In this role he is also responsible for staffing, safety, environmental, compliance, quality, estimating, purchasing, schedule, contractors, and negotiations of vendor and client contracts.From 1995 to 1997 he was employed at a management / environmental, remediation and waste / architecture, engineering, construction, and transportation services company. There he managed engineering consulting and increased profit by more than 300% in three years. He also designed, had fabricated, and installed the most innovative emission control devices on the market all of which were praised by the EPA and MDEQ and became the standards for both.

|Expert Witness Experience|
|Provided expert witness to a litigation case concerning the removal of old and installation of a new rubber roof on a paper mill. The work was to be done while the mill was running at full production without dirt falling onto the paper sheet or paper machine per my detailed Scope of Work written for the supplier and contractor. The paper company sued the contractor and supplier for the roofing material and won the case based on my testimony.
I was also an expert witness in a lawsuit situation where a contractor sued a company because he fell and said he hurt is back while using a company tool that broke. The company won the suit.
