MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES
• Directed the acquisitions or development and thereafter supervised daily management operations, for more than eighteen thousand (18,000) Company owned luxury and market rate apartments in fifty-five (55) multi-family residential properties located in fourteen (14) states for individual and portfolio properties with multiple stakeholder participation) and successful disposition.

• Planned, organized and directed the daily management operations for over sixty-thousand (60,000) third party owned luxury, market and limited income apartments in more than two hundred fifty (250) multi-family residential and condominium communities located in ten states which together with Company owned apartments, totaled more than seventy-eight (78,000) thousand apartments.

MULTI-TENANT OFFICE PROPERTIES

• Directed the acquisitions and thereafter directed the management operations for thirty-one multiple tenant office buildings containing more than three million two hundred fifty thousand (3,250,000) net rentable square feet of office space located in Eight States, including the largest, single, direct purchase of office properties (Patriot American Investors) in the history of the Resolution Trust Corporation and its successors in interest, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation. The office buildings became the basis of Mack-Cali Real Estate Investment Trust.

CONSTRUCTION

• Chief executive/operating officer of two nation-wide construction companies known as Titan Group, Ltd and Sovereign Construction Co. Ltd. Historical projects include; Cleveland Hopkins Airport, Cleveland, Ohio, United States Gold Depository, Fort Knox, Kentucky, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York and (New York’s) Roosevelt Island Development and Housing, New York, New York.

HOTELS

• Directed the acquisitions and thereafter directed the management operations of the original hotel properties together known as the “Patriot American Hospitality Portfolio” from the Resolution Trust Corporation (“RTC”) and its successors in interest, The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (“FSLIC”). Thereafter known as Wyndham Hotels and Resorts.

• Directed the acquisitions and thereafter directed the management operations of “other brand” hotels located in New York, New Orleans and London.

COOPERATIVE AND CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT AND CONVERSIONS

• Individual sponsor of the offerings in accordance with demographic studies and competitive products, directed the conversion to cooperative and condominium ownership of approximately twelve thousand (12,000) Apartments in the Greater New York, as well as three thousand (3,000) additional apartments in nine (9) other states.

COMMUNITY AND RELIGIOUS DEVELOPMENT

• Planned, acquired and managed the development of “Harris Branch”, an eighteen hundred (1,800) acre mixed use, Planned Unit Development (PUD) in Austin, Texas.
• Planned, organized and managed the development of the “Gardens of the Nativity”, Bethlehem, Palestinian (annexed into Jerusalem, Israel), in partnership with the Episcopal Church of Jerusalem. Coordinated the infrastructure, architecture, engineering and construction as well as financing, including the world-wide sponsorship through a non-profit foundation, Geneva, Switzerland.
