Created two entities that were major subcontractors to the FDIC, RTC, and major Banks and Financial Institutions for the disposal of their non-performing real estate and loans. Hundreds of real estate and loan auctions were conducted over a six-year period.

Projects included: The FDIC National Commercial Real Estate Auction in December 1991 and again in December 1992 and the G&E/RDC Multi-Owner Commercial Real Estate Auction in May 1992. These three auctions produced sales of $834 Million and were the three largest single-event auctions ever conducted and the first to use International Interactive Satellite technology. The three RTC Loan auctions signed and produced brought in sales of almost $500 million.

Formed two alliances to combine the expertise of these three world-class companies. The agreement with these offered a unique perspective and advantage in distressed market assets and gives them access to live onsite as well as global real estate and capital asset auctions. The Alliance can acquire industrial real estate, turnkey facilities, and surplus equipment worldwide plus is able to do demolition and recycling of the property to repurpose the facility.
