Expert has over 30 years' experience selling and marketing products to retail in-store bakeries. He has had hands-on experience with doughnut, cake and dessert icings. Helping to identify, specific gravity, yield and shelf-life attributes that would enhance the value of offerings in each product category.

Expert also has intimate knowledge of fruit filling formulation and product marketing/sales, including supply chain purchasing and distribution. In each area Expert has extensive knowledge of the marketplace, trends, competitors and price elasticities.

Since 2007, Expert been appointed Adjunct Professor of Marketing at Employer. He has taken his 30+ years of experience into the classroom teaching the following subjects: Principles of Marketing, Business to Business marketing Management and International Marketing Management.

Expert also has two commercially successful patents which have been licensed exclusively to one of the worlds largest privately-held industrial and ingredient weighing firms.

Expert has also consulted for one of the largest, privately-held commercial baking companies. His applied expertise assisted the firm in making the "correct" strategic decision NOT to enter a segment of the market (food industry) where they did not possess core competencies and/or differentiated value that would distinguish the firm in the marketplace.

Expert has consulted for multiple groups in the area of Retail In-Store Bakery product Marketing, Merchandising, distribution and Sales. Expert has also consulted in the area of retail in-store bakery marketing of Artesian bread products, cakes, donut and dessert products.

His consulting covered current and future market trends, supply chain management, marketing and sales. Expert has consulted for the makers of Little Debbie Snacks.
