Expert. Expert is an Electrical/Electronic Engineer (PhD, CEng) with an extensive background in product line life-cycle management and R&D of sensors and LabVIEW based instrumentation/measurement systems.

Currently, he manages as a Senior Systems Engineer the development, life-cycle and production of existing and future commercial LabVIEW/NI based products, planning and setting the vision along the customer/market needs and as always following the ISO 9001 standards. He is also in charge of R&D activities such as conducting Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on sensors, designing electrical/electronic circuits, building novel LabVIEW/NI based measurement systems for scientific experiments (data acquisition, analysis, fault diagnosis, monitoring & control) & act as consultant on instrumentation needs. He is actively involved in large multinational EU projects by handling management & engineering related tasks. He also participates in writing up scientific/research project proposals (FP7 & Horizon 2020), in full or by contributing to others by writing segments and technical information. The industrial & research activities have enabled him to network with people from the broad spectrum of the EU aeronautic industries from materials & parts manufacturers to end users.

Academically, he has completed a PhD on Magnetic Sensors and Systems from Cardiff University, UK, and a MEng Degree in Electronic Engineering at the same institution. Also he authored 12 papers which have been published in internationally, peer reviewed journals.
