Validate, Screen, and Broker TYCOM activities for US Navy surface combatants to maintain vessel lifecycle and operational availability, facilitate ship alterations and combat system upgrades. Provide shipbuilding related business litigation support for multi-billion dollar claims, strategic planning, financial due diligence, shipyard expansion, cost proposals, and business development. Manage post delivery operations on location in U.S. and overseas; administration of onboard support, engineering, materials, subcontractors, and contract closure for Sealift, BP, TOTE, T-AKE, and PC.

Completed five year maintenance on T-AFS USNS Tippecanoe main engines. Qualified for Tankerman PIC on the T-AO USNS Tippecanoe.

Assist in developing proposal and marketing information related to several programs involving proprietary coalmicronization combustion systems for industry and utility applications. Assist master boat builders in the fabrication, hull lapping, and outfitting of wooden hull fishing boats.
