Expert began his career as young engineer assisting in the setup of a beet sugar factory. After its establishment, he was responsible to gather with a group of young specialists to consolidate a process and run the factory to a desired quality and quantity of sugar. His involvement as senior specialist was in all areas of sugar production, ranging from field and transportation until organizing proper procedures for serving buyers of sugar. His responsibilities included all activities connected with environment, energy consumption and organization of crew. The factory was one of the best in its surroundings and was able to compete on the open market. Expert was very strongly involved in organizational issues as manager of maintenance, planning of investments, negotiations with construction companies and other issues connected with the smooth operation of sugar production. Also he was was involved in organization of innovation seeking and
execution of novelties into process. After closing the factory he decided to run a small independent firm where he is doing small projects in innovative chemical processing. He also works with young people to help motivate them for their career paths.

In recent years he is deeply involved into fragrance and natural cosmetics development and marketing.

As owner and development specialist, Expert offers solutions for the fragrancing of different products. As opposed to fine fragrance, Expert's firm lends a rational approach to the fragrances of everyday items -- for instance, candles, plastics and many others.

Expert has spent over 30 years working as a subject matter expert on the practical execution of different innovation motivation tasks. He has a very practical approach to solving and providing innovation management into small to medium enterprises.

Study for preparing of waste treatment in sugar factory. Task was how to diminish waste in sugar beet processing. As a result we succeed to diminish waste for more than 80%. Return on investment in 1 campaign (3 months)Performed a technological scheme for sugar warehousing in silos. Made for 200 tons capacity for sugar processor. It works and made 5% less sugar price for customerMotivation training for young people for designing of entrepreneurial projects. We realized tutoring of some projects
