Expert started his career as a Design and Product Engineer at Sony/Materials Research Corporation, a manufacturer of process equipment for the semi-conductor industry. Later, he transitioned into sales and marketing where he found his true calling. Inspired by this hi-tech environment of innovation, he developed a hunger to start his own business.

After lengthy planning and due diligence, Expert ventured out into the marketplace. He founded his start-up, Telcor, Inc., where he invented and patented, unique voice and data products. In addition to design, prototyping and manufacturing, he also was actively responsible for operations management and implementing sales and marketing strategies via multi-level product distribution, and for product licensing and distribution agreements. Another key responsibility included his active role in working closely with patent attorneys to ensure the integrity and validity of applications and awards.

Expert maintains a strong desire to come along side aspiring business owners and provide them with the necessary guidance to bring their products to market—including helping them to navigate through all aspects of the patent process. He possesses a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit combined with a deep passion for technology, sales and innovation.

Expert holds a B.S.M.E. degree from Rutgers University, College of Engineering, and completed graduate studies in Finance and Accounting at Fairleigh

• Founded and launched business to market inventions. Responsible for taking company to $1M+ in profitable sales during year three. Led company to successive growth and profitable years. Implemented product cost accounting, and developed pricing/margin requirements for all levels of distribution.

• Developed in-house tele-sales and marketing program. Closed major business contracts via personal sales to corporate telecom directors, and through such distributors as ALLTEL Communications, Anixter, AT&T, Graybar Electric, McMaster-Carr, GSA, GTE, Sprint North Supply – along with mail order dealers. Leveraged customer base to market and distribute line extension products along with third party products.

- PROMOTIONAL Products Operation –

• Marketed rotary connectors to corporate accounts as a “customized” promotional product. Collaborated with clients, ad agencies and communications companies in developing targeted advertising campaigns and promotional themes utilizing the connectors – primary markets included: telecom management and health care professionals. Closed significant accounts such as AT&T, Merck & Co., Schering-Plough, Sprint and Verizon.

• Obtained Registered A.S.I. Distributorship to augment product offering to customer base, by way of a comprehensive line of promotional merchandise – including: ad specialties, wearables, awards, gifts and incentives. Procured franchise distributorship for Swiss Army Brands and general distributorships for Cross Pen, Mag-Lite and Zippo products. Performed value added services for customer base, including integrated order fulfillment, warehousing and quality assurance of merchandise.
