Expert provided vendor sourcing for LightSquared's nationwide cell site development in 2010/2011. Tasks included 1) writing scopes of work for site acquisition, construction & installation, and microwave installation, 2) selecting site development vendors for every market in the U.S., and 3) negotiating contracts.

Expert also ran a cell site Build To Suit request for proposal (RFP) for LightSquared that included a review and improvement of existing Master License Agreements (MLAs) between LightSquared and the major tower companies. Expert provided total cost of ownership (TCO) consulting to Aviat Networks as part of his business development consulting work for Aviat. Expert helped Aviat perfect its sales & marketing collateral, build a TCO business case, and introduced Aviat sales executives to key decision makers at Windstream Communication, T-Mobile, and US Cellular. Expert provided product development and business development consulting for Unison Site Management. Expert developed lease optimization programs that Unison could offer to wireless carriers, and then introduced Unison to key executives at Verizon Wireless, AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Expert provided process improvement and financial modeling services to the corporate services group at T-Mobile. He brought industry best practices to the T-Mobile team responsible for the difficult lease extension negotiations.
