Commercial product development o Supported commercial marketing and sales teams in handling technical delivery of new products and services for new services, promotions and campaigns o Supported commercial marketing pricing teams in allocating actual cost elements for Cost per minute, Cost per Mbyte, ADSL/SDSL cost per link which contributes to 80% of cost structure for pricing revamp and new promotions • Network Economics o Lead and Program managed strategic cost saving projects across technology in different network domains and reported their progress monthly to CTO, technology management and VF Group. o Developed financial costing models for voice and data services to support commercial department in pricing • Technology program management o Lead a team responsible of assessing 4+B EGP annually worth of technology projects as technology business cases vs agreed budget, and targets. o Secures approvals for the business cases in IRC monthly to CTO, CFO and in quarterly CAB to CEO o Reports to management progress in technology plans and budget consumptions monthly • Technology Audits governance o Owned and executed VF audit committee actions in cooperation with Doloitte, the auditor at that time in addition to CTO actions prior to his quarterly meeting with VF region CFO in addition to developing risk registry to identify assorted possible business risks. |
