o Developed financial costing models for voice and data services to support commercial department in pricing

o Lead a team responsible of assessing 4+B EGP annually worth of technology projects as technology business cases vs agreed budget, and targets.
o Secures approvals for the business cases in IRC monthly to CTO, CFO and in quarterly CAB to CEO
