He also arranged hedging and financing solutions for customers’ risk management and inventory problems including coordination with accounting, credit and operations departments. He negotiated favorable contract terms with foreign agents, brokers, and warehouses. He supervised and trained junior sales staff and traffic department team and traveled to 30 states / countries worldwide annually to sell to or trade with over 50 consumer accounts. Expert successfully integrated staffing teams for the Rusal-Sual-Glencore merger in first quarter of 2007.
