Expert has been in Supply Chain Optimization for over 20 years. He has just completed a Third Party Logistics (3PL) implementation for a company in Orange County, CA. In parallel, in the same company, he re-engineered the distribution Warehouse adding: Aisles-Bays-Shelves and Slotting. He implemented 5S, LEAN, Six Sigma, OSHA/CA initiatives with the Distribution Warehouse staff. Daily Cycle Counting was introduced after training by him and the Warehouse team hit 100% after one month of cycle counting and root cause analysis. Expert has done this in many companies as a Consultant. He has found that many purchase orders do not have terms and conditions and has helped companies add these terms to protect them legally.

In 1992, Expert founded his consulting group, as a sole proprietor, implementing WORLD-CLASS MANUFACTURING and DISTRIBUTION OPERATIONS techniques such as 3PL, Kanban, Kaizen, Hoshin Kanri, techniques along with 5S implementations, Supply Chain Management, Total Warehouse Management, World Class Distribution Management, MRP II/ERP (Baan, Oracle, MSA, JDE, and SAP), Re-engineering techniques, Daily Continuous Improvement (TTI Analysis), Six Sigma (Green Belt), and Total Quality Management. Expert has improved inventory records accuracy to 98-100% accuracy with metrics in each company so they could eliminate their physical inventories and his expertise with Lean Manufacturing implementations has also been a successful part of his career. Expert has managed 3PL (Third Party Logistics) for clients.

He has suggested improved optimization of Supply Chains by introducing genuine partnering with the Suppliers involved and increased velocity from the Supplier to the Company and into the Distribution Warehouse. He has helped companies improve Logistics with improved LTL partnerships and improving Customer relationships by implementing Voice of the Customer (VOC) techniques. Expert has helped companies reduce costs through Value Analysis and the use of cross-functional teams attacking costs by using Pareto's 80/20 principal wherein 20% of the costs equate to 80% of the total costs. Expert believes that there is always a better way to do anything in Cost Reduction. He has helped companies reduce Inventory by Ship-to-Use, Kanban and JIT methods.


Certified as a Value Engineer. Expert guarantees Cost Reduction with the methodology he will suggest to clients. He suggests using Value Analysis with cross-functional teams. Brainstorming is key, but the FUNCTION of the item is the core concept of Value Analysis.
