In the course of Expert's 40-year career, he has touched almost every aspect of the water treatment industry in the industrial, military, oil and gas, mining and municipal sectors on all but one continent. His capabilities and experience range from business development, financing, project management, permitting, start-up and commissioning to the operation of plants around the world. Because of his many years in the industry and his prior experience living and working in many regions of the world, Expert can work alone or create a team of specialists at a market value cost, to develop key regional or product specific strategies on a project of any size. In addition, he is skilled at managing in-place teams and can identify redundancies and/or needed assets to complete a fully functioning but lean group of professionals.

Prior to starting his consulting company in 2016, Expert worked at Water Standard for five years as Senior Vice President. In that role, he was directly involved in global business development and management of teams in remote locations. He served as Vice President with Veolia Water Technologies for six years, where he led the development and execution of multiple projects in the industrial and municipal markets. Prior to Veolia acquiring Weir Techna, Expert was Weir Techna’s regional Vice President for the Americas where, under his direction, Expert's team contracted and constructed multiple water treatment projects for offshore oil and gas facilities.

His experience also includes 19 years at MECO, 10 of which he was in the Middle East where he was responsible for providing support to over 250 desalination installations. There he also led international business development, developing industrial, projects and was responsible for developing MECO’s marine business which included expanding their capabilities into the offshore oil & gas market and to providing services to the US Navy.

He formed his company in 2016 with the express purpose of providing the best all-inclusive solutions to the water industry, utilizing his years of experience and his extensive contacts.
