Expert has worked in industrial psychology as his full time endeavor for over 30 years. Prior to consulting he worked in memory and cognition and still stays abreast of that field. Expert and his team have experience in virtually every industry and work with all aspects of human behavior in the workplace with the exception of search/placement.
Expert preforms Executive Assessment on a regular basis. Example: candidates were presented for CEO. Using an extensive battery of tests combined with a half-day interview by two Principals for each candidate we wrote individual reports, comparison/contrast reports, follow-up questions and recommendations. Expert does coaching on a regular basis. Example: A CFO wanted to stay within her organization but learn to handle people and stress more effectively. Visited once a week for over a year and showed great improvement and stress reduction. Expert helped in evaluating an existing quality plan and an existing safety plan in a large plant. They found that both quality and safety were largely preached at the higher levels of the organization but not actually practiced on the shop floor. Findings and recommendations changed and improved plant procedures. Expert works with teams on a regular basis. Example: they worked with three business owners to communicate with each other in a more productive basis, keeping on-point and keeping emotions in check. The owners showed continuous improvement for over a year and still maintain contact.Expert worked with a North American/Republic of China joint venture in aviation training. The job was to devise a management training program that had Western aspects but was complementary to Chinese Culture. The project was quite successful.
