Other Relevant Experience
• Developed a CNG and LPG seal for tear 1 automotive company that functioned over a billion cycle.
• Developed a low cost FKM compound SAE J200 M4HK710 A1-11,B38,EF31,*F17 and excellent high and low temperature (-36°C~275°C).
• Developed a unique hearing aid bud to resist bacteria and for longer service.
• Developed many medical components for surgical use
• Project manager for the F-15 and F-18 Hornet fuel cells for exploring new alternative for inner ply material to withstand aggressive jet fuel and low temperature. Currently working on
developing new rubber material to withstand Biodesil fuel.
• Developed new self-sealing fuel cell compound (Defense application).
• Developed very exceptional HNBR rubber compound for automotive industry, this was a significant accomplishment in that the compound last over 3,000 hours when exposed to
different motor oils grades at elevated temperatures (150C+).
• Conducted a research and development program to explore alternative material compatible with the new introduced aggressive grease at elevated temperature of 160C. Project was
a success as the Inboard CV joint project leader.
• Supervised the Valve Stem Seal division of Dana Corporation (Joint Venture).
