Quantitative failure analysis, or in other words Failure Mode, Effects and Critically Analysis, was carried out by Spata infrared stress analyzer method, which is in fact the combination of Infrared, FMEA and CA (Critically Analysis) methods and is practically the analysis of the the `severity` of consequences caused by a certain failure. Analysis by Spata infrared stress analyzer method is suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis regarding the system design, development, reliability analysis, maintenance convenience and system availability.
