Expert began his career as an Employee Relations Manager at Stanford University Hospital, in Palo Alto, CA. Since that time he has
been actively engaged in many aspects of employee relations via running non profits, consulting about HR management issues, providing extensive
troubled employee and outplacement counseling, and providing expert witness testimony in several significant employment law cases in the Seattle
