He also had ownership over the entire commercial process including cross-sectional work with internal teams (technology, planning, finance, legal and services) to evaluate opportunities and develop go-to-market strategy.

Additionally, he served as VP of Business Development for United Wind, a leading wind energy project developer, where he was responsible for all sales strategy and marketing initiatives. Experts former experience includes: Director of Sales at Broadwind Energy, managing a national sales team for one of the leading suppliers of wind turbine components and services; Head of Regional Sales for Gamesa, one of the world's leading wind turbine manufacturers and developers; and Global Sales Manager for Nordic Windpower, another utility-scale wind turbine company.

Expert received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as well as a Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
