Our Origins
The CPG industry is competitive and fast paced, constantly evolving and demanding innovation. Companies need to be agile and flexible to be successful.
At Intellex, we recognized a need to fill skills gaps, provide expertise, and offer strategic solutions for companies facing varying business challenges. We came up with a dynamic way to meet those challenges.
Originally known as YourEncore, founded in 2003 in partnership with Procter & Gamble and acquired by the McCaw family in 2021, Intellex has carved its niche as the go-to service for highly experienced and immediately effective expertise in the CPG industries. What started as a service to provide alumni return access to a small group of companies in the CPG industries has grown into a community of over 1,000 experts and 100 clients served.
Today, Intellex is uniquely positioned to help our clients bridge employment gaps, solve complex challenges, and accelerate speed-to-market through our community of experts and our flexible, on-demand consulting models.

Expert by Intellex is a B2B service connecting business, technical and legal professionals to over thousands of rigorously screened peer-recommended experts in over 30,000 areas of science, engineering, medicine/healthcare, regulation, and business.
Our experts provide Expert Consulting, Expert Witness Services, and Expert-based Research covering a wide variety of needs such as market research, product development, materials sourcing, manufacturing production, and litigation consulting. Experts may be engaged for quick telephone or email consulting or extended consulting engagements which may include both remote and on-site work.
Who are Intellex ‘Experts’?
Our experts are peer-recommended authorities who have been carefully selected and rigorously screened for competency and suitability. Each Expert is examined against an extensive list of objective and subjective criteria by Expert by Intellex recruiters. Applicant credentials are qualified and their overall profile is scored to determine if they meet the certification requirements. To ensure quality, experts are continuously evaluated based on customer feedback and internal review.

The Right Expert for Your Case or Project
If you decide to request an expert, Intellex provides the opportunity for a phone screening to determine an expert’s suitability for your needs. If, after screening, you decide an expert is not a match, we will reach out through our network and beyond to find one who is. You are free to discuss your project without concern for confidentiality as all experts are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) with us that apply to all Intellex clients. Should you require specific agreements in place before screening an expert, we can accommodate that as well. We welcome and invite user questions and comments.
