Prior to teaching, he worked in the area of antitrust litigation, first at the US Department of Justice, then at the law firm, Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz. He has published numerous articles in the field of antitrust law over the past dozen years and has done numerous presentations at universities and professional associations, as well as testified at a Federal Trade Commission hearing.
