Expert is an independent business and strategy consultant with experience in both the automotive and chemicals industries, specialized in B2B selling and marketing solutions (products and value added services) and market expansion. From May 1999 until March 2006, he was employed in multiple roles by Fiat, first as Line Production Manager and then as Product Manager of B2B and B2C channels prior to his final title as CRM and Marketing Manager for the European market. In this role he oversaw activity for the aftersales market, creating and launching new services for the consumer (road assistance, insurances, etc.) and expanding strategic lines of communications between sales development networks and teams. From March 2006 to December 2013, he was the Director of the R-M division (part of BASF coatings and refinishing paints) and Sales Manager at BASF in Italy, leading both sales and technical teams as well as overall commercial targets and budgeting.
