The case against the insurance carrier was resolved out of court.State Farm required testimony in Maryland to support the position that a vehicle had been improperly repaired as a result of inadequate diagnostic procedures at the beginning of the process. Decision in their favor after a model of the action of the collision forces was shown and explained to the judge.The owner of a motorcycle required evidence to support his claim that the repair facility failed to resolve a problem with the front suspension. Microscopic examination of the bearings and factory manual test procedures supported this claim and the case was settled out of court.
