Expert, MD, MBA, FACC, is Co-Director of the Cardiovascular Division at the Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA, and a Cardiologist with Pacific Cardiology Associates. He completed his medical training at the Cleveland Clinic, Ohio where he completed his Cardiovascular Training with added qualifications in Interventional Cardiology and Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Cardiology from the New York Medical College. He has several interests in the field of Cardiology, Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing, especially pertaining to Implantable Cardiac Devices (Pacemakers, Defibrillators and CRT-Ds), congestive heart failure, vascular biology, and lipid therapy. His clinical interests include areas such as cardiovascular medicine and intervention. He is extensively knowledgeable about the Coronary Stent procedures and Artherectomy devices. He has written several articles in the area of Cardiac Rhythm Management published to his credit. He has been a co-investigator in numerous cardiovascular trials involving drug eluting stents and new implantable ICDs and pacing devices. He has also had significant exposure to trials involving Evidence Based Medicine pertaining to Lipid Lowering therapy/ Statins and Heart Failure Drugs, Anti-Anginal and Anti-arrhythmic therapy. He is also a member of the Heart Rhythm Society.
