Expert is also a pro bono mentor in several academic mentoring programs. Professional Experience After graduating in business psychology in the mid-90s, Expert was hired by Accenture. Due to his background in psychology, he seamlessly integrated into the change management department. He played a key role in overseeing and managing extensive and intricate transformational initiatives.

Four years later, he was headhunted by a small bank with the task of developing a private equity subsidiary for them. Expert then went into business for himself with a think tank for better change management projects. Expert has been successfully leading (undisclosed) in Cyprus since 2022, providing both coaching and trusted advisory services to help his clients achieve exceptional results in their change management initiatives.
