- Hired by School District to investigate potential construction and/or design claims for new school construction. Reviewed plans and specifications created by Architect and Engineering design team to determine design flaws and weaknesses. Reviewed finished site construction work to determine conformance with plans and specifications. Findings were reported to
school district. No lawsuit ensued.

- Hired by residents abutting Lands of San Francisco Water that slice through northern Los Altos to stop a proposal of the City’s to develop park facilities on the property. Conducted a site assessment report finding the existing bike path, pedestrian bridge, benches, and street crossings to be non-ADA compliant and poorly maintained by the City. A cost estimate for upgrading and repairing the existing facilities was created. Based on this information the City decided not to move forward with the park and to use their money to fix the existing bike and pedestrian way facilities.
