His specialized experience is in the Commercial Auto line of business with overall responsibility for the company's commercial line product and underwriting development. He has specific expert knowledge in Truckers, Motor Carriers, and Garage policies, including developing policy language, underwriting, and pricing approach to target several classes of business such as truckers, wholesalers, and auto dealers. In addition, he has authored several articles for various publications.

Expert was retained for his expert opinion and analysis of Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Coverage in a case involving a dispute in coverage analysis and interpretation. He was deposed as an expert witness, and the case was subsequently settled in his client's favor. As a company employee, Expert was asked to interpret Truckers liability coverage for a $14M loss involving disputed coverage and underwriting intent on an auto accident. The case involved utilizing him for his expert underwriting and coverage opinions, premium audit terms, and pricing. The case was arbitrated and subsequently settled in the company's favor for substantially less on a structured settlement basis.
