Expert's engagement with construction defects is extensive. He has been involved with cases of Construction defects that usually include any deficiency in the performing or furnishing of the design, planning, supervision, inspection, construction or observation of construction to various commercial, industrial and residential buildings, where there has been a failure to construct the building in a reasonably workmanlike manner and/or the structure has failed to perform in the manner that is reasonably intended for use. Some of the most common and high-cost construction defects of his involvement in the past include:

Expert has been involved in Residential, Commercial and Industrial building construction since 1984. He obtained his California General Contracting license (B) in 1984 and his California General Engineering License in 1997. He has built SFR's, Condo Projects, Shopping Centers and two prominent Churches in LA as a general contractor. He has also worked as a Project Manager for an underground utility company for rehabilitation of $20,000,000 sewer project in Los Angeles. He has taught construction courses such as estimating, scheduling, construction contract disputes and other related courses at Indiana State University and Washington State University for 4 years.
