I was the leader of three supervisors with a total staff of 32 people prior to the execution of a right sizing initiative which took the IT staff from 63 to 32 total. As a side accomplishment, was chartered to plan and manage the Caterpillar Board of Directors’ Meeting held in North Carolina which included building a detailed project plan for communications, location, topics to be covered, editing of presentations, technical set up, security, transportation and accommodations.
