Expert has comprehensive experience in undertaking Access Audits for various clients which includes the formulation and presentation of reports arising from said audits with recommendations, time scales for implementation and, where possible, costings. The reports provide a holistic approach with the recommendations incorporating and considering possible health & safety and fire regulations requirements, rather than just the single discipline, thus potentially saving the client two or more consultants and therefore saving money. Expert's experience in health & safety extends to all his working life starting with machinery and aircraft safety gained during service in HM Forces then supplemented by a consultancy role in a small company which expanded into one of the major UK companies offering safety and inspection services from its world-wide location of offices. Expert has a large and varied general knowledge covering areas such as plant & machinery safety, facilities management, water hygiene, fire risk assessment & legislation.

He has produced & reviewed policies, procedures and documentation for his department and other parts of the company to undertake their various assessment tasks as well as client companies to allow them to implement various legislative processes. This has been undertaken by various means including the Internet.





Expert was employed in a health & safety consultants role for approximately 15 years. He worked in this position auditing clients properties mainly on his own, producing technical reports within the strictly based critea and within the specified time limit. Clients included prestigious property management companies, insurance companies and government agencies.
