Expert designed surveys to estimate the value of our natural resources. These surveys were designed to elicit the willingness of the public to pay for the protection of natural resources such as wetlands, fisheries, endangered species, and outdoor recreation.

Expert teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in environmental economics and water resource economics and research methods.
