Expert provides a 1,000-ft view of the Recruiting and HR space from the hands-on work of boolean search-driven candidate sourcing to the high-level strategy. He is the go-to guy to design the system around people and execute those strategies to achieve long-lasting and transformative results.

Expert helps organizations from Silicon Valley startups to Fortune 500 companies design roadmaps for their talent acquisition, talent attraction, and employer branding strategies as well as get hands-on in implementing those road maps and leading teams to execute on the roadmaps by empowering them with the system that would guide them in the hands-on team building.

Over the years, he has helped organizations hire diverse candidates and design an effective Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) culture that retains and promotes diverse hires from female Engineers (Women In Tech) to Blacks & Latinos to Veterans, etc., contributing to organizations that have a diversity of perspective, ideas and innovative thoughts.
