His counsel with clients such as Kmart, P&G, RJR Nabisco, and Prudential Bache has focused on strategically positioning retail and consumer goods producers to be more appealing to older adults. He has analyzed product packaging and promotions and given consultation on a wide range of changes that improve satisfaction offered to older adults.

MARKETING RESEARCH. Expert has over 30 years of experience in conducting survey research to solve marketing problems. He is particularly qualified in designing the research process and questionnaire design. This expertise has been employed with IBM, Spalding Sports Worldwide, and Data Resources.

STRATEGIC MARKET PLANNING. Expert has assisted numerous companies in developing a strategic business plan. His work included mission statement development, environmental scanning, competitive intelligence, distinctive competency assessment, and strategic determination. He has worked with the Vermont Country Store and the federal government's Office of Personnel Management to develop strategic plans.

HEALTH CARE MARKETING. Expert has assisted hospitals in setting up a marketing function with the organization. He has conducted patient satisfaction assessment, designed marketing research projects, and developed strategic plans for the hospital as a whole.

CUSTOMER SERVICE RESEARCH. Expert has consulted with companies on improving their customer service functions. These activities have focused on developing internal benchmarks, understanding success stories in other companies, designing and implementing a customer service tracking survey, and making recommendations for action.
