Experthas developed and participated in assay development and troubleshooting for variety of target molecules with special skill in development of ELISA on different platforms (spectroscopy, luminescence and electrochemical).  Developed lateral flow assay for detection of antibodies for detection if different analytes (typhoid, malaria, dengue, Luteinizing hormone, progesterone).
 Developed LAMP assay for tuberculosis detection.
 Developed enzymatic detection system for Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c).
 Developed ELISA based assay for detection of environmental contaminants.
 Developed ELISA based assay for detection of carbohydrates in bacterial infection.
 Developed ELISA based assay for detection of HbA1c.
 Developed ELISA based assay for detection of Vitamin D3.
 Developed electrochemical assay based high sensitivity concept system for detection of
different analytes.

2. Bioconjugation
 Antibody conjugation with drug molecules (ADC) such as taxol and sainomycin.
 Antibody conjugation with fluorescent molecules such as quantum dots, FITC and rhodopsin.
 Antibody as well BSA conjugation with nanoparticles of gold, silver, core-shell, palladium, and carbon nanotubes.
 Conjugation of proteins with peptides, haptens to inject in laboratory animals.
 Conjugation of nanoparticles with small molecules, peptides, carbohydrates for assay development.

3. Nanoparticles synthesis
 Metal nanoparticles synthesis (Gold, silver, palladium, iron, core-shell) using wet chemical
method.
 Carbon nanotubes synthesis by CVD and modification by wet chemical methods.
 Quantum dots preparation by chemical route.
