He presented this material to top level USAF Pentagon personnel and demonstrated a 45% reduced mission time potential with improved resource utilization, accounting trails. With other experts' participation, he aided clients to determine near future product development concepts, innovate into new territories, develop new products for the longer term, and better shape future emergency service opportunities. The system was developed by Garmin International, Inc. (GARMIN), Olathe, KS, over a three-year period. The civilian version Search and Rescue (SAR) application software for the GARMIN G1000 Cessna Nav III Integrated Flight Deck (EFD) was fully deployed nationwide in 2008.
