In this role, she is accountable for creating consumer products and forming new business partnerships in the longevity sector. She oversees the healthy aging portfolio, which includes wellness programs, digital health content, and vaccine outreach initiatives. She has authored several articles, reports, courses, and books on a variety of topics related to healthy aging, and helps gather consumer insights to create detailed product roadmaps, customer journeys, and content. As the Senior Director of Healthy Aging, she also spearheads business expansion efforts to increase reach, social impact, and health equity, and has helped raise over $70M in revenue via grants, sponsorships, and social enterprise partnerships. She has also manages a $40M dollar budget and all program operations for the cross-functional team.

Prior to her current position, she was a management consultant, providing advisory services to position products for capital investment in the healthcare and education sectors. Furthermore, she has experience working in media, web design, and video production.

Expert received her BA and PhD in Literature from Harvard University. During this time, she was an Instructor, Lecturer, and Teaching Fellow, designing and teaching literature, philosophy, and knowledge management courses at several universities, including L’École Normale Supérieure (France), Georgetown University, University of Phoenix, and Harvard University.
