gynecology. He is Clinical Professor at the UCLA School of Medicine, a Fellow of the College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists
and served as a tenured Professor at the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii. He served and currently serves as
a Board of Director member of two prestigious healthcares and medical groups.

Expert's dynamic career has seen him in the role of physician (gynecologist), clinical educator and successful entrepreneur. He is
an experienced medical clinician who has been actively involved in the education of healthcare professionals and patients for the
past 30 plus years. He has worked in the development and production of television, radio and other interactive programming for
healthcare professionals and for patients/consumers for more than four decades. He was the founder of the nation's first daily
satellite-delivered television network that provided programming for both the hospital and patients. He is recognized as a leading
authority on telecommunication in healthcare. He is also the co-author and co-founder of two medical telecommunications industry
and systems, that provide advance technology services to the healthcare markets nationwide.

As a gifted teacher, he has been dedicated to facilitating learning on the part of patients and their families, thereby assisting in
disease prevention, health promotion and wellness enhancement through patient empowerment. He served as medical
correspondent for a regular news feature in Los Angeles, and was the founder of a satellite network devoted to designing,
producing and distributing hundreds of accredited education and training programs for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, other
healthcare professionals and patients.

His satellite network is known as an innovative leader in developing cost-efficient medical video teleconferencing during the 1980's.
He currently offers strategic advice to early stage companies that take advantage of collaborative technologies.
